Another reason is the pace at which these companies innovate is unheard of in any part of the world. This is the reason why Silicon Valley always has a talent war to find the best of the best.
Did you know that at some companies like Google, potential applicants exceed 1000? That’s insanely large. How are you supposed to get noticed with a 1000 person applicant pool?
