Course Description
This is the second course in the Stress
Management Series by Dr. Anthony Dallmann-Jones. The first was a free
intro course titled Stress Management for Beginners.
This is the
Advanced Part 1 course that is built around videos and PPT slides that
enable students to Stop Panic Attacks, Halt Worrying, Possess a Powerful
Breathing Technique Used Anywhere, along with sections on Personal
Empowerment Fundamentals: Setting Limits & Boundaries that Liberate,
Locus of Control - The Seat of Personal Power One Can Control in a
Heartbeat, the Dallmann-Jones Stress Test that will produce an accurate
assessment of current stress levels, and a 12 Steps of Burnout
Diagnostic Instrument.
There are many down to earth practical
"tips for applying" tools and techniques in the course. Course length
depends on how fast the student wishes to pace themselves. Ideally they
should go through slowly and keep a Personal Stress Journal as they
progress. Directions are provided for this.
