Through this course on Project Risk
Management we would understand the process of project risk management,
the Inputs, Tools and Technique used for Planning Risk Management,
Overview of Risk Management Plan Output of Plan Risk Management. We
would understand in depth as to how risk identification is done wherein
the risk of projects are identified. It has been explained to provide
deep Insight on Inputs, Tools and Technique and the overview of Tools
and Technique and Outputs of Risk Identification. Further we will
understand two important concepts in risk management which is
qualitative risk analysis to learn about the Inputs, Tools and Technique
and Outputs for Qualitative Risk Analysis and then quantitative risk
analysis to learn about the numerical analysis of the probability and
impact of Risk. Next we will understand Risk Response Planning which is
process of developing options and actions to enhance opportunities and
reducing Threats along with its Inputs, Tools & Technique of Risk

will learn risk control- Its Inputs, Tools and Technique and Outputs of
Risk Control.
Project Risk Management includes the
processes of conducting risk management planning, identification,
analysis, response planning, and controlling risk on a project. The
objectives of project risk management are to increase the likelihood and
impact of positive events, and decrease the likelihood and impact of
negative events in the project.
